Your FCA Staff supervisor will work closely with you in each of these things as they check in regularly with you. They will see how you are doing, ask what you have been learning, challenge you, hold you accountable, and continually point you towards the gospel of Jesus Christ. You will also continually touch base and communicate with Staff about your schedule, plan, and pacing of work for the internship. Additionally, as you work closely with Staff, you get to observe them and learn from them as an informal part of the discipleship process.
