Role of FCA Staff

One of the two main focuses of the internship includes learning what it means to be on staff with FCA.

FCA Staff have many roles and duties in their work, which you get to see and experience as you go through the internship. Some of these roles include:

• The relationship between FCA Staff and a coach for Christ
• And the importance of this relationship
• Meetings
• With other FCA Staff
• With donors and ministry supporters
• Discipleship
• Organizing
• Planning
• Communicating
• Sending emails, texts, making phone calls, etc.
